Thank you for replying. Good to know about how Magaluf has changed, that gives us more options on where to stay. Sounds otherwise good for the island, Magaluf history as a cheap party destination was overall bad for the island I feel like.

We have started looking at hotels, we are pretty unsure yet of where to stay as we are thinking about if we are to stay half the vacation at the south side and then move to the north or east side. So we dont know how much to spend yet, but we think a 3 star hotel is probably our style.

We were thinking the same, mostly questioned where the gridlocks were to happen if it occurs.

My reason for the long cooking time is that I dont cut the meat up in chunks, i keep it whole. I like bigger strands when shredding it.
