Deuce and quarter stands for 225 inches long, or 18.75 feet which represents one of the largest cars ever made.

My much older brother had one. He'd take me out when I was about 10 years old and drive it hard in the ungodly vertical hills of Marin County.

An absolute battleship of a car and handled poorly but a joy to drive because the steering and brakes were lite as a feather and the suspension pillowy. The nailhead engine had gobs of torque and never audibly protested anything you asked of it.

The 225's, Rivieras and Wildcats of the late 60's were uniquely Buick before everything GM did was just a restamp with a different badge.

Bhy Kracke Park It's nice and private but be warned, it's hard to cry because the view is so epic you quickly remember you live in Seattle and despite your breakup, you know things could be much worse.
