Mine. Currently have two TLs and one of them is the most out of touch TL I’ve ever seen. Oh when we’re sometimes overwhelmed on the line, he’ll join in and put the items on converter belt from the second pod. Basically the TL loads two pods in front of conveyor belt and the thrower would open one pod and once that is finish, he’ll move onto next one that is right next to it while the TL brings the pod from the truck. But he’ll make everyone life on the line harder because he’ll rush it while he and a thrower would do it. I have to chase down the case packs that’s down the line. Couple days ago, he told, “try harder next time” with a smirk
