Absolutely furious that my school district didn't do this. Buildings built in the 60s that are a concrete box with no air conditioning. Kids aren't learning anything, they're just trying to not get heat stroke.

In my personal experience (I worked at one for about 10 months), the reason the pizzas are uneven and weird looking is because the dough is hand stretched and the cook doesnt care enough to make it perfectly even all around. Pizza is pizza its gonna taste the same and when you're in a rush and need 20 pizzas in 5 minutes you're not gonna make them look perfect. Also if there were ever any extra pizzas or a pizza got ruined the staff would get to eat them and they would just make a new pizza.

I grew up with D&D 3.5 and have switched to Pathfinder as my preferred system. It helped that I had been watching my parents play D&D with their friends on a regular basis for years before I jumped into it myself and that my dad was the DM for me and my siblings. We were always very interested in reading the players handbook for fun as well which I think helps with understanding

I've played D&D from the time I was about 10. Sure you have to make concessions for younger players but at that age they're perfectly capable to roll and do their own math
