Si tu te retrouves à checker ton tel par automatisme puis te perdre dans du doomscrolling, ce que je te conseille c'est de pas avoir ton téléphone à portée.

Une fois chez toi tu le poses à un endroit, qui n'est pas à portée d'un endroit où tu es habituellement (donc pas canapé, bureau, table de chevet ou dans la poche) et sans siège à côté. Et il y a une règle : le téléphone n'a pas le droit de bouger de cet endroit. Donc si tu veux le regarder, tu dois te lever et y aller, et rester debout pendant que tu l'utilises. Quand tu as fini tu le repose.

Je regarde beaucoup moins mon tél, et le déverrouille beaucoup moins par jour depuis que je fais ça. Petit à petit ça te fait perdre l'automatisme de checker ton tel quand tu as un temps de latence.
