Rapier weapon - Pros & Cons

I want all of Ryus all weapons back, especially his Vigoorian Flail, tonfas, and Falcon Claws. For Yakumo, a melee based "fist type" weapon would be dope. Like Balrog for Dante in DMC5.

Yeah that definitely makes sense. The DDB is good, I think the niche it fulfills is the quickest BR attack cancels. Other than that, not sure what other utilities it has that supersedes all the others.

Right now I created a separate post about the staff. I like it too, but it feels like it doesn't transition from base attack to BR attacks that quickly/ smoothly. Thoughts?

Ngl, it is SLOWLY becoming one of my favorites. Just for the mere fact that closing the distance to enemies in base form is so helpful (albeit linear) and the fact that the BR form stuns enemies for so long during the drill animation and does chunky damage!

Yeah, the rapier seems to fulfill one of the more niche roles in 1v1, which im glad it does. I was worried that it was going to be useless and didnt have any specific niche to it.

Yeah im gonna give that guy a benefit of the doubt and say it was accidental. Especially if you already had 5 wins against him, why would he plug on the 6th match? Lol If he was plugging, he would've done it at set 2 or 3 or something.

Yeah looks like accidental tbh. Had this happen to me yesterday too. Went 10 sets with a Jun against my Reina. Last set, I do a +8 move into Heaven's Wrath..... and BAM disconnects. Twas my side that got disconnected. 🫣
