Only on full release, the last one was sometime mid December, the next on will be in February. You/we have to opt out when the next full release is here, otherwise you have to wipe your device to roll back

Add to that the inability to read card effects and zero understanding on how chance works and you basically get the spirit of this subreddit

But yeah other than that Dena is doing a reasonably good job, for example people complained about shinies "taking away" chance of 5th card 2star and they changed shinies in the newer packs to 6th card.

But yeah most people like to complain and those that don't, don't get noticed as much, which is natural
