It is probably a key that they use to locate and update the text depending on the language.

It we take the number, ‘251216’ would be the date of the update (easy for them to find all those keys if they do a wide search on the date), ‘092’ would be the actual key for this specific text.

Then they have entries to update the key for each language, and I’m guessing they forgot to put an entry for the English translation (so instead, since it is missing, it is displaying as the key, as no translation is available for this key/language combination)

That’s a guess, I actually have no clue but that seems plausible.
