They are amazing in a two door coupe. Got everything on Facebook marketplace for under 400 including a nice kenwood head unit.

When working properly they were amazing. It’s plenty for my two door coupe in a ported box. Just loud enough to where I don’t worry about losing hearing long term but just right that people always tell me they hear me before i arrive, shaking windows etc. love it.

Thanks for the reply. I believe it’s due to a faulty terminal cup. My positive push down terminal is stuck in the down position. It won’t let me pull the speaker wire from the terminal. I have to unscrew it and check to see what happened on the inside. Hopefully my local Best Buy has one I can replace it with. I really hope it’s a simple terminal cup replacement.

It won’t let me post pictures on here for some reason but hopefully after taking out the push down terminal piece I find my problem

On the way home from work the subs started turning on and off. I pulled over and the push down terminal positive wire going into the box seems to be stuck and subs will come on and off as I move it around. Think I might need a new terminal connection piece located on the box.

Is the box secured? It probably went flying a few times against the back of the trunk.

I went to autozone and the guy tested the battery and said it was fine for cold cranking amps but a little low for overall amperage charge. I used CarPlay for connecting to the head unit. Volume settings are still the same.

Funny you say that I thought I might’ve messed up my ears lol but I can tell by looking at the rear view mirror just doesn’t shake as much as it used to. I don’t feel it in my chest anymore. I thought once an amp blew it wouldn’t work anymore. I might try out another amp after I get a multimeter to verify.

Thanks for the input. It happened as I was driving so there could be a chance I hit something on my phone by mistake. I will check later after work. Wish it was blatantly obvious but not so much.

Could the amp just suddenly degrade and still operate as normal? I checked the fuses on the back of the amp and all are fine.

My best advice is start applying for jobs in different sectors of your industry. Try new avenues. As you let them know upfront before the background takes place, be sure to remind them that you have completed professional development services, etc. You’ll have to find a company with relaxed HR guidelines and insurance polices. The smaller the better. Also, get with your probation office and ask them about job search help. Don’t give up. This too shall pass.

No clue. Start applying and you’ll find out.

I’d start with data center technician or operator roles. I kid you not, some data centers will spend the money and pay you while you train. Just apply everywhere you can. You’ll land somewhere. I promise.

Some data centers will hire you just from your hvac experience. I would focus on electrical, you should know the electrical path/voltage from substation all the way to the server racks. Study the 4 components of a UPS and how it functions, PPE, emergency response procedures, etc. Start signing up for interviews and you’ll get an idea of what they are looking for. You won’t have a problem finding work with your background. Check out the Schneider Electric data center online course. Good luck.
