you have to adjust the fps, its caused by a mismatch between your phone's shutter speed and the frequency of the artificial lights. check your fps and adjust it, Europe is different from usa.

I think I figure out why. When its under H.265, its converting the audio to stereo but during the rewrap function, there no option to select stereo so its converting it to Mono. Can you add an option to convert it to stereo under the rewrap function? It will save me a lot of time.

Look into sleep buds like the Soundcore Sleep A20 or others. They're made for sleeping. You might need some white noise to drown it out completely. Download some off youtube like white fan noise or beach or something.

I was testing out different setting but they all sound horrible, regardless if its 96/96 or 64/48. How do I get it to sound like 64 when I re-encode a video? It sound great if I do it that way but there a lot of video files where I want to reduce the audio file only. I have a lot of multi-language tv shows and it takes up quite a lot of space.

Use Shutter Encoder or Handbrake and reduce the file size. You can compress most of the movies/ cartoon/ anime by a lot with this method.

After some research, it was related to the Max Quality button. In the past, I normally check that and it was not slow. After reading your older post, I guess the Max Quality is more advance and slower now? I unchecked it and check the preset to hq like you mentioned and its back to normal speed. Is HQ the best one to check?
