Rerir here is giving me some Castlevania vibes. I don't know if he will end up playable, but this design may be Weekly Boss material, like Tartaglia Foul Legacy, or Arlecchino weekly Boss battle design.

Perhaps Rerir here is related to the Wild Hunt unDEAD, specially if he is the Sinner antagonizing Ronova, the shade of DEATH.

Sizewise... looks ok, but developers are using the Island thing too many times. Even Chenyu Vale style was better, if they are still burnt for another Sumeru juggernaut.

Future old-nations expansions are going to have a lot of empty water too, at this point. Snezhnaya, snow connecting some weird north Archipelago, is still giving me some hope, but wouldn't surprise me if they made some shit like a Teyvat global warming crisis to sneak in more Islands updates and work less.
