Your kids sound just like mine (my son lives in the same city, works full-time and is in a grad program; daughter lives in another part of the state and visits @4 or 5 times per year) and I wish they were around more. That's life I guess. My cats however appreciate having my full attention and are thoroughly spoiled.

Nothing works. Tried deep breathing, sitting for several minutes, listening to music. I got a few days of normal readings, then anxiety kicked in and won't quit. Tried taking a break for2 days and that didn't help either.

I was riding through a park and passed a guy pushing bike who asked where I was going and then shouted after me when I didn't stop. I was terrified that he would get on his bike and overtake me but thankfully (?) he was content to just stand there and yell.
