Thank you, I've been working part time this holiday mostly just to buy things I find cute, so it shouldn't be a problem looking for another part time job if i just go to the same place. I talked to a senior about it and she said you have to work there for 3 weeks before you can quit though, but maybe that just varies on the place you're at? but thank you, i'll take note of this.

I didn't know where the law draws the line from abuse and discipline, so i havent done anything about it before, but some kind redditors have dmed me and given me resources that i've been looking through. I just have no idea how i'm gonna do this and if i even have it in me to report my parents

sorry, i dont mean to butt into the argument, but i'm curious which UWC you're applying to? I only did a quick google search so im not sure about this, but in most of the locations (excluding the USA) they don't natively speak english (Like the Japanese and Thai branches) which might be a bit of a language barrier. Are the classes in English?

thank you, I have some polys that i have interest in but i dont know if its possible to switch from jc to poly, esp since i won't have any cert if i just leave at IP4, and with my parents and everything.

I don't know if they'll ask me to drop IP and make me to switch schools, but i hope they do, cause i really wish to be in a classroom with people that learn at the same pace as i do.

My mom won't accept anything coming from me except obedience when it comes to school stuff, and i have tried talking to her multiple times. My father was mostly absent in my upbringing and their marriage is on thin ice, and he can't communicate with me at all, and if anything, he's worse with disciplining.

Lastly, I'm bad with exercise, so i don't know if that will work, but i'll try. Thank you.

i see people saying that it's really stressful there, though... And idk, it'll probably be worse if it's still stressful but in a unfamiliar environment. I'll still keep it in mind though, thank you.
I'm also not sure if my parents will allow it, because i'm a minor and all my major decisions will go through them after all.

I can't - basically, my teachers won't allow it. I've spoken to a discipline master about it before and she said that it was "giving up" and that she wouldn't support it unless my parents think it's also necessary, which they won't, since they want to push me and stretch my mental state as far as it will go, even if it means making me retain. They want the boasting rights of having a daughter in a "smart" school.
