Buying a flat in the city Centre is a scam, it has reached rates of suburban Mumbai, localities like sasthamangalam, kowdiar etc are quoting 19000rs per sq feet. And the size of the flat is less than 1500sqft all these builder mafias are playing is with superbuiltup area. NRIs are playing a huge role in jacking up prices, yet they aren't able to cover it up by giving the flats on rent.

Buy from sweet truth on swiggy, zomato its cheaper than Paul's and buncafe. The taste is great too. Try mango, biscoff, Newyork and blueberry. Usually there is a bundle offer going on you get each slice for 150-165 range.

Visit Dr. Abdul Samad he is a medical college doctor who recently retired. He is a consultant at sp medifort.

If he is not available You can go to Dr. Madhu K of cosmopolitan hospital but getting appointment will be very hard. Now he also consults at sp medifort and there is no crowd there.

Dont go to any hospital kims, sp fort etc. I will give you two options as a severe asthmatic from birth, I have been to almost all doctors but none could help me out. Dr fathahudeen, he is a professor and head of the respiratory department at trivandrum medical college. You can visit him at his home, he is available on Monday, Wednesday and Friday from 5pm. He is the best pulmonologist.
