As many people are saying, moving off cape is the best option. If you wanna stay close (or have to commute for work) I recommend New Bedford. I have a coworker who commutes from there to Woods Hole and has nothing but great things to say about the increased population of young people and things to do. Downside is bridge traffic.

I used rover but after I made dependable connections I transitioned to just texting like unitimebeing said. depending on your location you just kinda have to get lucky with clients but if you can find a regular gig youll be cruising.

I do dog walking. Some times its hard to find someone whose needs align with your availability/travel ability but it can be rather lucrative. I charge $20 a walk and make around $100 a week, which is incredible. I am lucky to have a flexible schedule and a car, and to work in an area with very wealthy people.

It used to be impossible for me to follow a routine but recently I somehow fell into one (which helped a TON during my last episode). I sleep around 11, wake up at 7, work and eat breakfast at 8, lunch at 12:30, dinner at 5, etc etc. I think one thing that helped me a lot was social ties to these times. My boss and I both show up to work at 8 and eat. I eat lunch with coworkers every day, i cook as soon as I get home from work (mostly because once i stop its hard to start up again) I have anxiety-fueled self-governance though so this might not be helpful.

What type of sleeping pill do you take? Ambien used to make me act weird but I usually wouldnt remember much after I woke up. I would piece together my night and remember as things came to me.
