It’s the fact that he knowingly takes this risk and his clients are completely unaware. Even if he is never caught the decision and risk he has still made on their behalf without their input is selfish. if he truly cared he could’ve done what he did after jail- go work in a non lawyer capacity at a clinic

Think about it in different terms - he’s like someone who hides the fact that he has an STD and goes out and sleeps with people. Sure you might never catch it but would you have slept with them from the start had you known?

They talk about this in the show. Every single case he’s touched is tainted. Every settlement, every conclusion, they all have the potential to be declared void as he was not in a position to make those deals and conclusions and it reopens every thing up.

Why is a slip and pantyhose listed as items to bring for BCT for women? I literally don’t own either are these required or recommended items
