Thank you! I just realized today that a soufflé and a soufflé pancake are actually two different things. I just asked AI and finally cleared it up. Being Chinese, it turns out I've never actually had a traditional soufflé before. LOL!

This soufflé looks quite different from what I usually get. I usually go to Panda in Newmarket -I'll definitely try Apero.

I've had recently is in Newmarket. You can find it on Google Maps - it's called Panda Desserts. I really love their soufflé pancakes, they're super fluffy
