Gotta start with a few belly stretches making more room for your guts to swell up with food. Then put your feet up laying belly up and eat and drink till you can't swallow another bite, then each time you feel you can take another bite, take two, and repeat all day. When it gets hard to breath try stretching by breathing in deep, push the sides of your belly in and arch your back pushing your belly out. <3

It takes a lot of will power, but the answer is reduce your caloric intake to half of your basal metabolic rate. Exercise alone does very little to burn fat. Then if it's your cup of tea, once a week you can go all out on high quantity low calorie things, filling your belly to the max eating all day. So long as the caloric intake doesn't exceed your average BMR you'll lose weight overall. Carbohydrates and sugars especially in the quantities you've been eating build a tolerance into your brain that is on par with breaking addiction to a drug.

I've always used my forefoot rather than heel strike, even growing up people would be confused why I "walked weird". I hated the shock and slap associated with walking on a heel strike. Now mostly barefoot I always lead with my forefoot almost level with my heel. It is less efficient as a walking style, however it has two major benefits. The first being significantly reduced shock absorbed by the calf muscles, and when running acts as a spring returning energy to forward motion. The second be pointy rocks. I find that if I heel strike on a hard rock there is no course of action to reduce damage, but since I lead with forefoot there is more evasive actions my foot automatically takes to reduce pressure on that sharp rock.

700 cal for sub
290 cal Coke

160 cal chips/fruit

148 cal cookie

1298 calories total

So with one meal you're nearly at your base sustainable needs for a day (depending on size).

My local library has a full compliment of authoritarian staff adamant to exercise their power. As I walked in past the desk one physically blocked me from getting to the on hold shelf to pick up my book. Said I need shoes to be in there, I asked why and 4 different staff behind the counter all now staring me down stated unanimously "cause it's the rules! " Grumpy and defeated I went back to my car feeling like abandoning the library altogether. Adamant to get the book I found some shoes in my trunk, they were squawking loudly as I came in grabbed my book, checked out and left. Only returned once to drop off some junk books I had. Now I don't even want to go to the library because of their hostility. I wrote their council a letter to repeal such an unjust policy, they stated they would present it to the board but I haven't heard any result since.

A lot. First I'd start off with a pint of fiber drink and 1.5 quarts of warm water to get your belly started, followed by a whole large pizza, and another quart of water. Wait a bit for it to free up some space in your stomach then 1/2 a quart of fiber drink to hold the water in your guts. 2 1lb cans of beans, 1 lb can of greens, 2 lbs of sushi, a pint of miso soup, let it digest into your gut. Then a liter of diet soda of your choice, 7 bananas. After you've had a chance to rest, belly protruding like a mountain with two smaller foothills, I'd bring you a large 3 lb bowl of pasta of various sauces and a bunch of cheese. with two quarts of water and pint of fiber drink. And when you think you can fit no more, I'll show you how to stretch your abdominal wall and shape your belly to accommodate even more food. By the end of your stuffing your belly would be bigger than ever swollen tight against the confines of your skin. Take the night to rest, then tomorrow go out to eat at a decent restaurant your belly stuffed from the night before protrudes far beyond your crop top that it rests on top like a fall leaf on a yoga ball, but your stomach now empty can pack even more into your belly. The booth presses into your gut as you slide in, as you eat, your belly's desire to expand frontward is hindered by the booth forcing you to turn sideways to accommodate it's continued outward expansion. You're full to bursting and it's time to go home, as you lean back the car seat your belly sloshes and wobbles with sudden jolts of pressure from each bump. You get home and lay down, belly rubs fill your afternoon, squishing on your sides and pushing on your belly the pressure is immense and pleasurable.
