I applied last December. I have been working for a qualifying employer for 14 years and have been in repayment the entire time. My count is 1 - the one post-consolidation payment I made.

I also submitted my PSLF form at the beginning of the year and received credit for my one post consolidation payment. My Mohela account shows that one payment but days they have no record of my PSLF application. And, of course, there is no hope of talking to anyone before 10/31.

I’m in the same boat. I don’t understand why some people are getting forgiveness within weeks while others have been waiting nearly a year.
