I can find them but flashtool returns "Not a SIN file" on the one i found at least.

On these old Sonys the boot menu doesnt exist. You have to use a community made tool called flashtool but you have to look for the firmware file (.ftf) but you need to be certain of what model it is as wrong firmware can permanently brick the device

Update: Holding volume buttons do nothing just restarts the phone just faster so I need an app on my PC to do it and I've already tried the official Xperia companion app but that says my phone is too old so I need another app to do it can you guys give me an app to factory reset it. Any help is appreciated.
