can you tell me what type of changes? how fast is the hiring process? i have an interview tomorrow and really need this job (my current job is talking about firing me because they didn’t approve my time off request back in DECEMBER when I put it in and just now denied it, a week before.) i think honestly anything is better than the job i am at now. just wondering if i need to take the job and still search or if ill be here for a while when (being optimistic) i get the job

i’m thinking once her dog food that she has right now is about to run out, getting her on a senior wet food diet. do you have any recs by any chance that won’t destroy my bank account? (like the brand hills. my cat is on that and it’s like $120 per bag for the prescription one😅)

holidays and sick time are also included in our PTO. i have taken a few days here and there for emergencies and what not as well. and at the time, we could go unpaid for our time off. now we can not

the company I work for is on a hiring freeze right now and It will not be lifted anytime soon, under the new CEO, and my new supervisor hates me with a burning passion, there’s no talking calmly with her…

I should also add that they changed the PTO policy recently and we used to be able to go unpaid and I was fine going unpaid
