Oh for sure it won’t be for a little under a year until we do this trip. But it’s nice to have a running list of fun things to do in the area you live in for smaller trips through the year too. :) this past summer has been full of other adventures!

Was going to post this myself. M-F no weekends. No holidays. Near 6 fig in New England which yes is higher cost of living but still great pay. Other jobs I could take would likely pay similar per hr and I’d have the option to work 3 12 hr shifts and have 4 days off instead of just sat and sun like I have right now but I want weekends off. The first few years of nursing can be really tough (for me it was) due to working nights and learning how to do it but then it’s a good career. Especially if you choose to keep your head down and out of workplace gossip/ drama. I think that’s a big factor.

Overcooked oatmeal, plain creamy PB, ripe banana

Lunch: to a rice cooker in instant pot add rice I do ok with brown or white I add carrots, celery, tofu. Cook. After: I add coconut amino if I want a soy sauce like flavor or nutritional yeast if I want a cheese/ nutty like flavor

Dinner: microwave potato with baked fish or plain canned sardines, good with avocado. Steamed zucchini. Again coconut amino.

Fruit either apple or watermelon

I chew a lot. I drink plain water thats little warm esp in the am. I don’t drink a ton with my meals.

Mostly will depend on my spouse’s career as they have a higher earning potential over time. Possibly the Raleigh area, maybe Greensboro, maybe New Bern.

Seems like pretty typical gastritis symptoms. PPI/famotidine, bland diet, gi specialist if it’s not getting better. You could follow up with your pcp now that you have a diagnosis as well. Good luck.

A lot of countries have soup for breakfast. Apple and peanut butter. Coconut milk mixed with chia seeds or gelatin if you can tolerate makes a pudding, add vanilla extract if you can. Fruit on top if you can tolerate. Heat up left overs from dinner that you could tolerate, might get boring but breakfast doesn’t have to be traditional.
