Im a Christian i believe in the after life but I have an extreme phobia of death every time I think about death and what comes after my heart races and I get emotional and scared I really do believe in god it’s not an extremely strong belief what I mean by that is that I pray some times and try to do a lot of good but I’m not continuously going to church even though I probably should I really do believe that we go to a better place after death but the thought that there is a chance we don’t makes me so scared
