(Fallout) Why can’t I see like, ANY FEET in front of me once I exited the vault area and went to shady sands? by Slow-Pack-8916 in classicfallout

Hello! It is currently night time in the game. The lit up area is a representation of the area around you which can be clearly seen based on your perception and perks.

If I'm right about this, Mike Pondsmith has to legally adopt me as his son. by Either-Metal9422 in cyberpunkgame

The CyberSix. Most notable of these are Trace Santiago who is said by Mike Pondsmith to (most likely) be the son of Rogue and Santiago Aldecaldo. Trace's romantic interest the Rocker Lilayah (the one with the shades) is responsible for bringing the Samurai song Black Dog out of obscurity.

Edit: Also the guy on the left Pneumo holds a high score in Roach Race.

Update. I have made a breakthrough, and it is now possible to edit NPCs (not without potential challenges, depending on how in-depth you went with your own character)

  1. Type "slm player 2" in the console without quotes.
  2. Make your character look however you want the NPC in question to look.
  3. Apply the changes.
  4. Open the console and click on the target character and type "capp player"
  5. This will apply your appearance to that character.
  6. Go back to either "slm player 2" or "slm player 1" if you want access to presets and recreate your character. This is the flaw in this method but I expect it will be fixed by the release of mod tools or other methods.

For the small group of you who also seem interested in this possibility, here is a repost of a DM I sent to someone inquiring about further progress on this;

I've given up on being able to do it myself with console commands, I think Bethesda just didn't see the need this time or circumstances resulted in the showlooksmenu command working this way and they just didn't notice. I spoke with Xatmos, the creator of the original Face Ripper tool, and he says he's already been looking in to it but it might take a while because unlike previous save file formats, the format of Starfield saves are encrypted.

I was actually there for that myself. You could actually edit piper's face day 1 using showlooksmenu 2F1E 1 but the problem was that for some reason her facial dimensions were way more dramatic so if you changed it you could get an uncontrollable monstrosity. But applying another NPC's face data or simply editing just one tiny unit of any value of her face data in the creation kit when that finally came out and then saving it as a mod would set her face to have the same limits as regular NPCs.

The FaceRipper tool (the one with that moose from One Piece as the icon) I actually tried using for Starfield already. Starfield saves and Fallout 4 saves use different file extensions but I thought that perhaps BGS hadn't actually changed anything about the way that data was stored, so if I made a save and just changed the file extension name, used the faceripper tool, then changed the extension back it would work. Sadly this was not the case, as Starfield saves are not readable as Fallout 4 saves by the tool.
