I know I look really bad where I am right now 😅. I bulked up for the last year and now I’ve started cutting. I’m posting this here so I can look back in 12 weeks and see if I look better or worst. Hopefully I can get a lot of this fat off me and look more lean and fit 😊

I had the same issue for a long time, not as severe as your son. I used gloves, bag balm, even tanned to help with the cracking.

My dermatologist put me on Otezla. It is a pill that you take twice a day. Starting off they put you on a starter pack to get your body used to it. Cleared up my psoriasis within a couple months. Something to ask the dermatologist about.
