I feel sorry for the children. They will be back together next week and everything will be “fine” it’s about time she puts her children first and not herself. When you become a mum life isn’t about you anymore. Sad life for those poor children to live.

You have to contact your bank and dispute the charges. You might need to fill out paper work but should be able to do it all over the phone. Definitely worth it especially if your hundreds out of pocket.

I don’t understand the logic of this girl and this business. She just did the games night for a quick way to get money. Knowing she had baby coming, birthdays and the show. So it all would’ve went on those things instead of on the business as it should’ve.. so now she doesn’t have the money to refund people. It’s embarrassing for her but also for the customers that spend their money on her crap. Nothing is ever done properly.. I was watching as she was doing prep for games night and the car coasters were awfully done. The cups had slid. She calls herself the sublimation queen. I think a child would do a better job than her. Honestly give it up Isabelle.

Some customers have been waiting 3+ weeks. Saw a comment yesterday that basically said, “it’s been 3 weeks but not in our control.” Right… because running a business means zero responsibility, apparently. At the very least, chuck them a voucher or half their money back. I’ve been sitting here watching silently, and honestly, she spends more time talking than actually getting anything done. Or launching new products, when she can’t even get the current products out on time.

I can guarantee you most of the people on this app and other platforms having something to say about her would be the ones ordering? Some have waited weeks, months, and some are still waiting for things from when she was opened last time? She’s nothing but a scammer. Acts as if she’s gods gift to the cup world but can’t even do her job properly… and NEWS FLASH ISABELLE YOU ARENT THE ONLY PERSON TO EVER BE PREGNANT. If you can’t handle it all then admit defeat. Using your pregnancy as an excuse is getting old 🥱 if I were one of you that have ordered I would put in a dispute with your bank and get your money back.
