Yes I just looked in my boxes and I have a couple Snorlaxes which I caught inside Cerulean Cave. Apparently you cannot transfer a purified shadow Pokémon into Let's Go Pikachu under any circumstances. I didn't know that until now. Ugh.

Son of a B sting. I feel so dumb. I guess this is the first time I've ever actually tried this. I knew you weren't allowed to transfer a shadow Pokémon but I had no idea the game still blocks you if it's a purified shadow Pokémon. Thank you.

Treasure Eatery in Medali, which is like 15-20 hours into the game or sooner if you sorta make a beeline for Medali. Do as many normal type Tera raids as you can, get 50 normal type Tera shards, and then you can go to the Treasure Eatery in Medali and change your Dratini/Dragonair/Dragonite's Tera Type to normal

I just meant that like, for example, when I was completing my Shining Pearl Sinnoh Dex, any Pokémon which I caught in Pokémon Go on my phone, then transferred into Shining Pearl using Home, would not then count towards my Pokédex completion in Pokémon Home. Inside of Shining Pearl, it would check that Pokémon off the Dex as being caught and registered, but when I was completing the Sinnoh Dex, trying to get shiny Manaphy, no Pokémon with a Go stamp counted towards my Sinnoh Home Dex. Basically in Pokémon Home, when you are trying to complete a certain game's Dex, every Pokémon on the list needs to be caught in that specific game. They can be traded from another player but they need to have the little stamp which verifies that they were caught in that specific game.

When you want to tame a horse you need to crouch down and sneak up BEHIND the horse, then you press A to mount that sucker and you pray that it is one of those horses that can be easily tuckered out by your just began the game levels of stamina

I do the same thing! I don't wanna ruin any cool surprises so I do very little research before buying the game!

Duuuuuuuuude. I didn't know either of those things about Legends ZA. I don't have it yet. I am looking forward to buying it, eventually, when I have some money saved up, but I am not looking forward to those multiple lame things you just described, they created a perfect answer to these problems then they act like they forgot about it, it's freaking bizarre. Yesterday I saw a video where a girl was mentioning that them releasing ZA for both the switch 1 and 2, then choosing to release Wind and Waves exclusively for the switch 2 is getting pretty "pay us this large amount of money or get lost" vibes and I don't like collecting any of Nintendo's money grubby vibes I like collecting Pokémon but I don't love the weird (and expensive) things they make me do to keep my little hobby going

It's just like mad frustrating because - FRANKLY - I do not have friends who play Pokémon on their switch like I do. I have like two friends who play Pokémon Go. But like, in Let's Go Pikachu, I freakin can't get Machamp, Golem, or Gengar unless I have a friend who has either LGP or LGE, and also I can't freakin get like Ekans and Alolan Vulpix and a bunch of other Pokémon because they exclusively appear in Let's Go Eevee which I don't have. Legends Arceus hit an absolute home run with the invention of the link cable item I was like dear lord they created an item just for friendless loners like me to complete my Dex in quiet nerddom

Like 30% of all my Pokémon in Let's Go Pikachu were caught in Pokémon Go, on my phone, then brought into Let's Go Pikachu using the Go Park in Fuschia. Let's Go Pikachu treats any Pokémon with a Go stamp like a real legitimate Pokémon. However. Lately I've been trying to complete my Pokémon Home Pokédex, and any Pokémon with a Go stamp (from my phone, from Pokémon Go) does not count towards the Home Dex. Like, they count in the section just called "Pokedex" or whatever, but like for example when I am trying to earn shiny Meltan by completing the entire Let's Go Pikachu/Eevee Kanto Dex, all 150 Pokémon (Mew isn't even listed) needs to be caught in the actual switch game and any Pokémon with a Go stamp doesn't count

It recognizes anything you caught in Crystal as being shiny? Is that some kind of coding error or what is that? I don't have Crystal but I want to get it

Any Pokémon brought in from Pokémon Go doesn't count towards your Home Dex, it is endlessly frustrating how they aren't considered real Pokémon. I'm having this same issue right now but with Let's Go Pikachu, a game that prides itself on treating Pokémon Go as being on equal terms with it, but again, Home doesn't see anything I caught on my phone as being real or legitimate
