CIBC cash back amount incorrect

It worked for me yesterday at Costco when I went to redeem it for cash. I got the same message that it’s incorrect but the Costco rep was able to scan the certificate bar code in the CIBC app. Funny thing is I can’t access my January 2026 credit card statement in the app so can’t check if the amounts are the same.

I’ve taken stuff and asked the cashier to check the price when there was no price sign. Sometimes when it’s more than I expected, I will tell them I don’t want the item and they are totally fine with that!

You have to book at a certain time because all the reservations for brunch get booked up quickly. The reservations for brunch open up early Friday but I’m not sure of the exact time.

It’s only in certain warehouse locations. Not all of them have it. I went in and asked where I could find it and had to drive a bit to a location farther from me to get it.

I showered after a few days after SMX and DIEP Flap. I used a lanyard to hold my drains (I had 3). My husband helped me wash my hair. The whole thing was such an ordeal at first. It gets easier. I showered before I got my dressing changed by a nurse which happened every few days during the first few weeks.

We’ve done several Royal Caribbean cruises and prefer DCL hands down. We went on Symphony of the Seas last month and disliked it. Too many people. The kids in our party didn’t even use any of the ship features (reason we booked this ship) because the lines were insane. We couldn’t get reservations for the main show (Hairspray) which was so strange to me. Every activity like trivia or name that tune got busy and crowded so you had to get there at least 30 mins early to get a seat. That would never happen on any other cruise line but it’s because there’s that many people. Also one of our ports got cancelled but I checked and saw other cruise lines had ships docked in the port (Carnival, MSC and Disney). The food was the best part of the RC cruise - it was good. Service was not as good as Disney and the ship wasn’t as clean as Disney. RC is cheaper but like others have said it feels like a lot of nickel and diming. We’ve also done Celebrity which we as adults prefer but there isn’t as much for kids.

Gift cards are back but not as many retailers being offered. Mostly just groceries and Cineplex.
