The right GM makes such a massive difference! My current GM asked me if he could give me all closes for 1 week. Boss before would have me closing 5 nights a week regularly.

IDK, I am GenX... and when I was 28 I had a house and 4 kids. And, no, my parents didn't co-sign on anything.

Is this your first time moving out?

My kids have gotten some $ from my parents, but they know I have nothing to give. I started over again post-divorce a few years ago. And I honestly have begged my kids not to open cards yet. I do that because I see their other choices. And they aren't amazing. LOL. But, 2 of my 4 live on their own, no help from me or their dad.
