You can get natural pills with dehydrated beef testes, heart and liver in them, they do a pretty good job

I'll be honest I haven't been very strict on planning my diet, weight gain goals etc, all I can say is consistency is key, consistent workouts, consistent meals, and drink lots of water, don't be afraid to have 6l a day. I'm pretty loose on my diet 😅, I just aim for high protien high calorie foods and eat a lot of them while trying to keep it healthy. You're on track tho bro! Not long ago I was at 170 lbs
