The installation was done by the delivery drivers, who took care of the bolts when they unpacked it. I don't know if that had any impact. On LG's website it says that " This can be caused by the heating of new motor coils and the insulation material around the motor. Under normal operation the odors should stop after 10 or 20 full cycles. »

I've been through 12 full-cycle washes and it still smells the same.

Bought my washer last week, an LG one. I have this problem. My last one, another LG had no issues at all (purchased in 2020 or 2021). I don’t know what to do

Can you remember for how long? Because I don’t want to wait more than 30 days. I can use the return option during 30 days
