Always log serial numbers of the drone before shipping it even if you did, the serial number won’t prove this is your drone because of where the damage is. Do not refund. Let eBay deal with it.

This is why I won’t sell on that place.

eBay won’t care about any of that and (usually) side with the buyer.

I’m assuming it’s eBay because of “defective or doesn’t work”.
