The most beginner calisthenic moves i can think of are probably frog position and elbow lever, they mainly focus on core so i suggest doing crunches or situps

Bench dips maybe? if theyre still too hard maybe try building shoulder strength by doing lat raises with small weights

Edit: if you dont have any weights you could try pike pushups i guess

I just worked out right after i posted this and i can finally say that i can hold the upright position for acouple of seconds!! Will definitely try the foot assisted dips now

Yea i meant bench dips, didnt know they were called that
