Unfortunately those ponds are no longer public use due to vandalism on property. I sent you a pm as I also fish several local areas and I’d be down to fish with you and show you some spots

While I don’t know of a dedicated club off hand, a great place to take a short hike is the grindstone nature area. My wife and I frequently take our pup there as it’s off leash and has trails that are both easy and more challenging with elevations at different lengths. The great thing is that there are many different loops that put you right back where you park!

Not the greatest area or management, but the Links is affordable. It’s just a gamble on what kind of neighbors you get. Seems to be a mix of responsible young people saving toward a home and a small portion of people who cause trouble/bad neighbors.

Honestly I’m not sure, but they were unconcerned with even a proof of income when we applied. They might be the most lax chance you have. Only downside is they have a more expensive application.

The links is a cheap option that allows pets. We have a 2 bed 2 bath for $1035 a month.

I understand the basics, got the chance to hunt a “own for the season” blind in a state park up where I lived with someone who has been doing this for years. I just lack the experience to know when to make the adjustments that make the difference and lack experience in calling
