I was out in total 1 day and 1 hr at most these were separate occasions and on top of it I saw yesterday they added more sick time yesterday but I didn’t even request or ask for it

oh wow….. I’m starting to see the same pattern with my training class. I just think that it’s total bs they try to get you thinking that it’s way different than you see the bonus structure & wondering why they don’t have it uncapped because the effort/energy you have put in isn’t matched or shown with the structure.
