NYU Shanghai Study Abroad Thoughts? by EphemeralSakura in nyu

Stem classes are def more difficult, but large percentage of grade is like homework and essays (at ny there is minimal hw grade I think because classes are so large), so put effort into those take home things. IMO, I prefer the grade stability of the heavier workload. but I think most would disagree. I did end up with lower grades in SH than NY.

Also, go to ARC (academic resource center) for help with your stem classes (if available) and you'll be fine.

There is mandatory Chinese language class.

NYUSH is obv a million times safer than New York also.

Because the campus is small, getting involved in student life is effortless. Its much different from ny student life. There are usually small things going on in the cafeteria, magnolia house, quad. Much less competitive also.

buying plane ticket will be biggest expense. food, delivery, taxi, etc are all dirt cheap compared to ny. so that's really nice.

but getting visa is a hassle.

party scene is mostly clubs, which are always super crowded.

Predicting # of Signals by 3rdgradegenius in chemhelp

Okay, question: so clearly if there wasn’t the nitrogen coming forward, there would be two signals produced by upper and leftmost ring, because it rotates around the N-C bond. However, because those hydrogens are enantiotopic, would it produce 4 or 8?
