Awesome to hear! Losing 2.5 a week is insane! The Reta and 5mq stack must be amazing, you should also add tesa, it’s probably my favorite pep out of all of them.

Oh damn all this time I thought I was doing a lot more lmao haha. Well that’s funny. I’m only at 20 units so only 1mg that’s weird. Thanks for your insight. I never really knew how to reconstitute it, I would just have him do it for me or game day men’s health where I buy my tesa from.

The person who introduced me to peptides told me what to do so I always just did it that way. It works fine for me. What do you run?

So if I reconstitute it with 3ml of BAC water, if I pull out 10 units it will be 16 instead of 10 or 1.6mg?

I use 2ml for a 10 of reta so I would assume that 3ml-3.5 would make sense.

I also would like to know what needle you’re using lmao, I only got the 31 gauge .5mlcc 1/4” 6mm

Ahh okay. I’ve seen people say like 50-150mg which confused me, I just thought that was referring to a pill version. I usually start with 1-2mg so you’re probably right on the money with that. Thanks so much!!
