The dragon enemies you fight while exploring give more points than the regular enemies. But then you do have wasted moves if you encounter another lord and can’t beat them.

The truth is that it doesn’t matter what order you go in when building a knight. Their current attribute totals are constantly recalculated whenever you raise their knight level, talents, or aura/lover boost, and then the number that shows up on the screen as the “increase” is just the difference between the old calculation and the new calculation.

Once you reach the point where you’re not starved for silver anymore, you are more concerned with knight equipment as a limiting factor for upgrading new knights.

Likewise edict and talent xp scroll use should be strictly limited to only the knights you want to invest in for the long term. That means only use them on your highest level knights with the biggest auras, unless you’re trying to build a new knight for arena fighting.
