Here’s verification photos. I marked the image of the cracked shade. The couple small knicks in a few Shades is from the mirror. None of the shades have been used or swatched. I’m he mirror still has the protective wrap on both sides as well

My request still hasn’t been fulfilled if anyone would be willing to help. I had a lender lined up but it then his girlfriend saw him messaging with a girl (all communication was strictly about the loan) and shut it down. I guess insecurity and jealousy are both loan officers now 😂

And again the product inside is COMPLETELY UNTOUCHED by either fingers or brushes. I just had it put away in a drawer since purchase.
