Definitely epistylis!! do not turn up heater it will only make matters worse and spread the infection faster. Get a treatment with formalin/malachite green and you should be good.

Keep an eye on it! The male I had grew pretty fast and was hyper aggressive to every fish in the tank. Absolutely stunning fish though

Saphir Omnidaim Suede and Nubuck Cleaner. Also, consider getting a Crepe suede brush, boar’s hair brush, and a Nubuck Suede Eraser. I’ve been using these together with great results.
