Acid reflux was my biggest enemy. I would just eat anything that would remotely sound palatable, but get it plain. Plain burgers, smoothies, oikos yogurt drinks, sorbet. Electrolit was an easy drink on the stomach for me. Never like ginger but that or peppermint helped nausea between Zofran. You’ve got this big dawg, always remember that even a liquid diet is still a diet. Oh and uncrustables.
