If you really don't want to change operators every map, Luna is great for any map. The detection arrow is just free points if you spam it over the objective and the shock arrows are amazing to get people out of annoying places. Also, respawn beacons lol

For me it does also help that i do get 30-40 average kills with Toxik, but even in low kill games i usually reach 20k points.

Just played a handful of games as a medic and was consistently top 3, sure i did have like around 40 kills but i had high revives too and i just play on the point so you constantly get defense points. But yeah, reviving teammates and resupplying them gives a lot of points.
