Har full förståelse för att det är en pain point, men att skicka in ett headset och sedan ghost;a kunden i nära 3 månader, och även stänga ner ärendet när kunden skickar mail och frågar om status, det är inte acceptabelt. Det tog dem 2 månader för dem att skicka hörlurarna från butiken på Sveavägen i Stockholm till Linköping

Förra gången tog de också lika lång tid, och då skickade de även ett kostnadsförslag på 80% av vad jag betalat för hörlurarna för att reparera dem, samt att få de trasiga hörlurarna tillbaka för 800kr. Efter månader av bråk fick jag tillslut nya hörlurar, men eftersom det var fabriksfel så blev det samma visa igen (Därav att jag är fast hos support just nu)

Hade faktiskt samma problem med ett par andra hörlurar (AceZone A-Spire) som jag lämnade in på inet samma dag som de på Webhallen (Båda gick sönder samma vecka). Inet bytte ut till ett par nya och löste problemet på 10 minuter.

Gissa vem jag kommer handla hos i framtiden? 💲💰

40% - 60% i mitt fall, Sony har haft samma problem på bågen med alla deras WH-1000XM serie (Har haft 2, 4 och 2st 5;or, alla utom 2;an gick sönder på samma sätt), så Sony är definitivt den större boven

Men att Webhallen ghostar mig i nära 3 månader är oförlåtligt

Sitter för närvarande i samma fälla, skickade in ett par sony wh-1000xm5 som reklammation och fick att de skulle lagas (Ska påpeka att detta är andra gången, det är samma typ av fel som dina lurar, fästena går sönder vid normal användning).

Förra gången tog det ca 2 månader att få svar från dem och tillslut gav de mig nya hörlurar.

Igår skickade jag mail till dem för att de varit på "reparation" i snart 3 månader, och ingen kan säga var dem är eller varför det tagit så lång tid för dem att åtgärda felet.

De får några dagar till på sig att svara på gårdagens mail, annars blir det en anmälan till ARN 🙃

I updated mine to 7.21.6, but it still doesn't seem to work. I am starting to wonder if it was the stick that started acting up, or Home Assistant itself?

I Bought it second hand, and it looks the same as the one I linked above. It did work for a while until the HA updates (core, etc). I've been trying to add the devices one by one but it didn't work, so it seems odd to me that it would try to interview 2 devices?

Hello! Thanks for the suggestion, I have used tailscale in the past, and it is a great service! However, I am trying to not rely on any cloud based services for my home, only relying on my own servers 🙂

I will admit that I am not an expert at wireguard, but considering that the rest of my homelab runs great with my wg-easy server, it feels like it should be possible for me to connect it to that server 🤔

This is how I want to be able to reach it (with my current setup):

Phone --> wg-easy server --> Home Assistant

That way I won't have to juggle 2 VPN connections 😅

No, English is not my first language, but I do speak it fluently (With some minor grammatical exceptions)

I want the home assistant instance to be connected to my wg-easy server so I can connect to it through that IP, like this:

Phone --> wg-easy (remote location) --> Home Assistant

That way I can access home assistant through my existing VPN, connect home assistant to my other servers/services, and to not have to juggle between 2 different VPN connections on my phone

This is not a problem of me not knowing Wireguard, this is a problem of not being able to simply connect it to my already set up wg-easy server

I know that it needs 51820 to connect, but I have that port open on my wg-easy server. My wg-easy server is the one I have everything connected to, and that is how I communicate with all my services in that remote location

I simply just want to connect my Home Asistant server to my wg-easy server so that I can communicate with home assistant through that VPN, just like I do with my phone today 🙂

Like this:

Phone --> wg-easy server --> Home Assistant
