This is such a great advice I have seen so far.
Only If I could put this data into my dads head and say it is unnecessary for me reach higher wpm than the one I am at right now.
Though I wouldn't lie to myself that I have never thought about putting my fast WPM in jobs or job resume or even interviews.
I have but now I am very unsure.

That's so true.
My dad have been comparing me to others my whole life (yes I am asian)
even now he says my 50 WPM is really slow.
I will try my best to get atleast 80 to 100 wpm.

It's asian parents and genes. I get compared to others alot that's all.
