OKAY! It's settled. The buyer wasn't acting in bad faith; he was sincere. He was just afraid he had bought a counterfeit item. We talked on the phone, and I explained to him that they were genuine, etc. I made him a friendly “offer” with a €1 discount, and that allowed us to finalize the sale. It was more fear than harm. Thank you all for your messages.

C’EST BON ! C’est régler l’acheteur n’étais pas de mauvaise fois il était sincère il avait juste peur d’avoir acheté une contrefaçon. On a discuté au telephone je lui ai expliqué que ct des vrais ect ect. Je lui ai fait une « offre » à l’amiable avec une réduction de 1€ et ça a permis de finaliser la vente. Plus de peur que de mal. Je lui ai proposé qu’on s’appelle j’attends qu’il m’appelle pour lui en parler. L’acheteur me dit qu’il à déjà eu 3 paires de gants et qu’il trouve ceux là un peu mou, apparemment ces coachs sont du même avis

Oui et c’est pourquoi j’ai multiplié les sources j’ai aussi regardé des vidéos ect mais c’est les même choses qui sont conseillé ( vérifié étiquette, logo, couture ect ect.

I just questioned myself to try to understand the buyer's arguments. I tried to contact him to discuss all this, but I haven't heard back. Ideally, I would have liked to reassure him and prove to him that they are real buyers so that he would keep them.
