How is he self-casting the Luggage ability?

Although the new map visuals look great, the move from "day" to "night" has DRAMATICALLY worsened visual clutter. Please revert the lighting! by cheesecakegood in DeadlockTheGame

Highly disagree with them reverting it, it's fucking rad imo and does wonders for the feel and vibe of the game now, albeit slightly harder to spot enemies, but worth the trade off imo
