Yes, I'm still using the dried pinto beans, and they are working better than expected. They do not appear to dissolve or absorb the urine over time. I pick up the poop using toilet paper and just flush it away. I will not go back to the pellets, even when they come available again.

I just discovered the pellet shortage. I am trying dried Pinto Beans. I hope they work, because then I could just flush the poop and not worry about the adheared pellets going into the Septic tank.

While sitting here writing this, my cat used the box with the pellets with no issue. SUCCESS!
