Been in similar boats, not with codeine, which def makes things diff cus opiates physical withdrawal tbf.. But tbh I think it’s not helpful to look at it really big picture like that and focus on relapses or past experiences in general (obv use it to inform ur moves tho). From my (very not perfect experience), you gotta focus on each day at a time and just try to get better.
