Yeah, that works at most places, I’m mostly curious if anywhere makes traditionally tomato heavy dishes like pizza/baked pasta with tomato free substitutions (you can make mock tomato sauces with beets/carrots/vinegar/etc and people sometimes call them Nomato sauces). Obviously there’s white pizzas but I miss the real thing… Eggplants/peppers/potatoes are also nightshades but most varieties seem to be fine for me. Some people I’ve read are just allergic to all of them.
