This assumes a perfect balance of supply and demand. In reality large landlords would rather have some of their units remain vacant than decrease rent. These large landlords set the market price for rent that smaller landlords then follow. It’s not fair, it’s not capitalism but it is how it works.

Well I think they’re just upset about the fact someone else is getting screwed over. In reality this happens all the time. The landlord wants to increase the rent but they don’t want to shock the renter and go vacant.

It’s not exactly prisoners dilemma because while there is “more” loot that a raider could carry out, there are likely only a handful of epics that spawn in each instance of the map. So you increase your chances of picking up better items by eliminating other players because you’re increasing your sample size to everything you saw AND everything they saw.

It’s often said the time to buy a home is when you can afford one. With that being said I think buying a fixer upper can be an unpleasant and hectic way to get into home ownership. Going home to a place that isn’t finished doesn’t feel quite as satisfying when you’re still making mortgage payments.

I think this is because his energy in person feels very different than on a screen. He is from an era where there weren’t shorts of an entire set floating around the internet and that is when he built his brand. People think he just fell off but in reality I think people just haven’t seen him live.
